Education system in pakistan
THE education system in Pakistan is highly outdated and in effective . And this ineffectiveness is cancerous for the growth of this country .There is high amount of childern getting dropout from schools . People belive in school system is disappearing . In a country of people below 24 % poverty people cant afford schools of high standard . And the high standard schools are only for elite person which are about 2 to 3 % in pakistan . Which means we are educating every year 2 to 3 % of skillful students and those students after calculating their income in pakistan are moving out to another country and the next cycle begins of 2 to 3% people and 97% people are fighting for their basic right . Ots the matter of life and death for them . They start from 20 to 30 thousand only at skyrocket inflation and the pressure of high income , being married , buying a car or house is mounting . There are some factors that are the cause of collapse of education system .
POLARITY IN EDUCATION SYSTEM :-
There are there kind of graduates roaming in this country which are totally different from each other in case of knowledege , confidence , the body language and aims .
1 : Students from elite schools/ uni
2 : Students from public schools/uni
3 : Students from Madni madaris
These are the future of pakistan that cant match their body language and representing themself as a comunity which is different from each other . These have taught with different methadiology and manners .
. When they grow up they are failing to collaburate as because the elites have taught how to build companies , how to not be an employe but the owner of your hard work on the other hand , the public students are taught to get degree and then with the help of that get a job small or large whatever is offered and settle down and avoid doing business beacuse you cant do it as because you cant afford loss . And the students from madni madaris are mostly moving into mosques and toward religious activity and making more people understand islam and gauiding people toward islam and some are also moving in different feilds but when they sit among elite or public graduates their ideas collapse . Beacuse their ideology dont catch up and due to this polarity among them is streching up .
OLD TEXTBOOKS :-
THE textbook of 19th century that is no longer applicable in current world are getting published and getting sold only in our lovely country . The theories that have been reject in all over the world , we have been studing their fail experiments which no where are getting us. Our almost education depends on elctron and neutrons and many scientific terms and bundle of scientific knowledge which is longer applicable in pakistan as because the governmnet never invest in our country scientist . The last time they invested in a scientist our own nucelar bomb was made which was hell of accomplisment or was the only accomplisment made after pakistan was made . People in higher power in Pakistan are not investing in skillful people and deparments because they are too busy sucking up the country money in their belly. People are running after money not after the education because the senarios they are witnessing of current jobholders is enough to open their eyes.
LOW STANDARDS TEACHERS/PROFESSERS :-
THE teachers or professers hired mostly in a school/colloge/uni are not hired on skills but on basis of "good relationships " with the people hiring and sometimes by paying off the money for that particular seat . And the result of this consistute the overall weak education system . They show laziness towards student and ignore any kind of questions which is mostly observed in public education system . While the private schools/college/uni hires more fancy teachers who are also not concerned about fancy , new questions but their fancy payroll . These techers does their job by completing their syllabus but not explaining deep concept which became trouble for students forever . But not all of the teachers are alike that but there are some exceptions in teachers and institutes that do their jobs by honest and hardwork .
